Terms and booking conditions:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking - payable by bank transfer or credit card.
- Full settlement of your account is required upon arrival
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Please supply us with all contact details, especially cell phone numbers.
- No reservation will be confirmed without the 50% deposit as per our cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation fees will be deducted accordingly if bookings are cancelled after confirmation
- No shows - 100% of reservation value less any deposit paid.
- Mid reservation cancellation - 100% of value of remaining nights less any deposit paid.
- Cancellation of booking - 50% deposit are non-refundable.
- If no deposit is held a 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation value will be charged.
